Products and prices

We aim to present product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect colour display. Prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable delivery charge is displayed before checkout.

Orders

An order acknowledgement does not mean that an order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Liability
